Our client, RM Recruit Ltd, was established in 2019, by the two Director owners. Vertis has provided them with accountancy services since their formation.
They have grown rapidly as a business and now their turnover exceeds £1million per annum. We have supported them throughout, not only with accountancy services but also with advice on a range of financial and structural issues.
We established their accounting systems on Xero, so they have been able to take advantage of the benefits of a digital accounting platform. We also advised on cashflow, established payroll services, and have been instrumental in ensuring they are totally compliant with all regulatory and tax compliance issues.
As they have grown, so have their requirements for support. We have been able to help the client minimise its corporation tax bill, at the same time as advise on the most financially efficient and legal way for the Directors to take money out of the business. Most recently we have advised on share reorganisation, CGT issues and the financial implications of purchasing electric vehicles for the business.
